Wooden Stairs

Cheese ball

Make a delicious cheese ball for any family gathering

Ingredients:

2 blocks of cream cheese

Your choice of Wild Rose Salsa

Your choice of crackers

Directions:

In a large bowl mix two blocks of cream cheese at room temperature with one full jar of your salsa.

​

Carefully roll into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap.

​

let set in refrigerator for atleast 30 minutes

​

Serve with your choice of crackers

Abstract Architecture

Easy Cheese Dip

Great for any party and easily thrown together in the crock pot

Ingredients:

1 lbs hamburger

1 jar of Wild Rose Salsa

1 block of your favorite cheese (i prefer to use Velveeta )

salt and pepper

(garlic is optional)

Directions

Brown your hamburger and lightly add salt and pepper to taste. (if you like you can also add in some garlic or use garlic salt)

In a crock pot place cheese, hamburger, and salsa. Set on low heat stirring occasionally until melted and mixed well.

White Structure

Simple Guacamole Chicken

This is a great main course for a family. you can either cook this in a crock pot or bake in the oven.

ingredients:

1 skinless chicken breast per person

1 Jar Wild Rose Salsa

1-2 avocado

salt and pepper

tomato

(lime is optional)

Directions:

Cut and scoop out your avocado into a bowl

deseed and chop the tomato into the bowl

salt and pepper to taste

(if you like add 1/2 Tbsp of lime juice, onions, and/or jalapenos )

Mix together but leave some small chunks of avocado

cut your chicken breasts like a filllet but do not cut all the way

through

Fill the chicken breasts with your guacamole mix and close back into place

​

Bake in the over at 350 F , wrap chicken in foil or parchment paper covered in your choice of salsa. For stronger flavor allow to set over night

​

To cook in the crock pot carefully lay the filled chicken breasts in the crock pot pour in your salsa and let cook on low for 4-8 hours
